ABOUT US
The BEL Center began in 2015 as a program aiming to provide a range of services to children, youth and families in Brattleboro, Vermont and surrounding areas. As professionals in the area we are keenly aware of the need for more services that specifically target skills in a concrete and focused way.
Throughout our journey, we have provided consultation to a number of local school districts, alternative school programs, and other local agencies. Additionally, we have provided services to individuals and their families in their homes, our offices, and in the community.
We are proud to be approved as a local provider under a Medicaid benefit program that allows individuals with ASD diagnoses and their families to receive intensive home and community based services. We hope to continue to expand this program as we move forward.
In the summer of 2016, we began offering an intensive therapeutic summer program for children with ASD diagnoses. Additionally, we provide several milieu based groups focusing on teaching emotional regulation and social relationship skills.
The BEL Center is lucky to have staff licensed and certified in Behavior analysis and other clinical fields.
