EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

We are actively seeking full and part-time Behavior Therapists (BT) Classroom Assistants or BCBA candidates to work directly with children and families in the implementation of Individualized Behavior Support Plans.  

We are seeking therapists to work in our center-based intensive early intervention day-program on a variety of social and behavioral skills.  

The Behavior Therapist or BCBA would be responsible for the implementation and data collection of student specific programming designed to teach functional communication, social skills, functional play, cognitive and self care skills.  

The BT and Classroom Assistant will be under the direct support and supervision of one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

Bachelor's degree preferred, or significant experience in a related field

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Clean background check

Ongoing training in ABA is provided to all employees, and opportunities for advancement are available.  

Applicants currently pursuing coursework related to ABA or BCBA certification strongly encouraged to apply.  

Supervision towards certification is available with employment.
